Hello and welcome, I’m Natasha – but please, call me Tasha.
I’m 61 years old, though most people are shocked when I tell them that. They often guess I’m in my late 40s or early 50s — and while that makes me smile, the truth is I feel that young on the inside now, too.

But it wasn’t always like this.

For much of my 40s and early 50s, I struggled. My joints ached, my energy levels plummeted, my memory wasn’t what it used to be, and even simple joys like playing with my grandchildren or taking a long walk with my husband felt like uphill battles. I started avoiding social gatherings because I felt tired and older than my years. Deep down, I worried that this was just how life was going to be from now on.

I’ll never forget one particular morning: I woke up with sharp pain in my knees and a heavy stiffness in my back. Standing in front of the mirror, I barely recognized the woman staring back at me. I remember thinking to myself: “If I don’t make changes now, life is only going to get harder.”

That moment became my turning point.

I made a decision: to take back control of my vital life.

It wasn’t a straight road. I had my ups and downs, moments of frustration, and even times I wanted to give up. I tried countless programs, supplements, and habits that promised results but left me disappointed. But I also discovered small, powerful shifts that made an incredible difference. Piece by piece, I built routines that worked for me: simple daily practices that supported my body, mind, and spirit.

Slowly, everything began to change. My joints loosened, the pain faded, and I started waking up with energy again. My mind felt sharper, my mood brighter. The woman who once avoided long walks now looks forward to hikes in nature. The grandmother who used to sit out is now running around with her grandkids. The wife who felt tired and disconnected now shares joyful adventures with her husband.

And here’s the most important part: I’m still learning, growing, and improving every single day. This isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress.

Over the years, friends and family noticed the transformation and began asking me for advice. They came with all kinds of struggles: blurry vision, hair loss, prostate problems, digestion issues, tinnitus, diabetes, and more. I realized that what I had learned could help not just me, but others too. That’s why I created Tasha’s Vital Living.

This page is my way of giving back. I know how discouraging it feels to be stuck, and how confusing it is to navigate all the health advice out there. My mission is to save you years of trial and error, to share the best discoveries I’ve made, and to help you step into the vibrant, youthful life you deserve.
